The Arnold Station shopping center has a new tenant, a Hudson & Fouquet salon. Members of the business community gathered on November 18 for a ribbon-cutting to mark the grand opening. Owners Matt Hudson and Luc Fouquet have been operating their Annapolis salon for more than 20 years and this marks their third location.
