Noble Kitchen And Bath Offers Remodeling Options

When Paul Mobin and his wife Brandy thought about where they wanted to live, they had a few criteria in mind. Being close to the water was one of them. They searched around and chose Severna Park because, as Paul Mobin said, “There are lots of benefits here.”

Mobin owns and operates Noble Kitchen And Bath, a local, full-service remodeling company he opened in May 2000. Mobin had gone into building in 1990, and enjoyed what he was doing so much he opened his own business. “I’m really good at what I do,” he laughs. “I go to people’s homes and I listen to them. I don’t pressure them to do anything. I give them the products and service they ask for.” He says that 90 percent of the people he sees wind up signing with him because of that customer service and the fact that he’s local. “They trust me, I live here, the shop is local, and that’s important. Most of my business is in Severna Park, Arnold and Millersville.”

Noble Kitchen And Bath provides free estimates, including measuring the project, and computer design so customers can see exactly what they are getting. They offer permit expediting services, as well as architectural and structural/civil engineering services. They maintain a staff of carpenters, plumbers, electricians and even HVAC technicians to provide their clients with all the services they need under one roof. “We have the expertise and manpower to complete projects, start to finish, on time and on budget.”

Mobin takes being part of the local community very seriously, “I live in this community. It’s important to me. My son goes to school at Severna Park High. It makes me enjoy working here.”

“The people in this area are awesome,” he continues. “They’re very relaxed, unlike DC or Virginia. People here are educated, but down to earth and friendly.”

Noble Kitchen And Bath is located at 965 Ritchie Hwy in Pasadena. They can be reached via phone at 443-875-4000, or on the web at www.noblekitchens.com.
