Mi'Chelle Premier Salon Opens In Severna Park

Owned by Tiffany Maddox, Mi'Chelle Premier Salon celebrated its grand opening in January with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Greater Severna Park and Arnold Chamber of Commerce.
