Vacation Bible Schools Around Severna Park Took Kids On A Faith-Based World Tour
Our Shepherd Lutheran’s “True North” themed VBS welcomed kids from pre-K to sixth grade to participate. Every day, the kids brought in items to support SPAN (Serving People Across Neighborhoods), collecting over 700 items to donate by the end of the week.

During St. Martin’s-in-the-Field Episcopal Church’s “Egypt: Joseph’s Journey from Prison to Palace” VBS, the kids learned about Joseph and his coat of many colors. They made their own coats of many colors by painting T-shirts.
Kids accomplished many mission-oriented projects during Severna Park United Methodist Church’s “SERVE!” VBS that involved cooking, music, arts and crafts, sports and broadcast journalism.

With the support of many volunteers, Trinity Bible Church’s “True North” themed VBS offered crafts, activities, music and fellowship as children in kindergarten through fifth grade learned about Jesus.
Over the summer, churches throughout Severna Park welcomed children to explore their faith during Vacation Bible Schools (VBS). Whether themed after the frigid north or exploring Bible stories that took place in Egypt, VBS gave students the opportunity to dive deeper into the Christian faith in a fun way while surrounded by friends.
