Severna Park Farmers Market To Open For The Season April 25

Posted

A true sign that spring has arrived and summer is on its way is the return of local farmers markets. The Severna Park Farmers Market, a beloved decades-old tradition, will open for the 2026 season on April 25.

The market will be open every Saturday, rain or shine, from 8:00am to noon, and is located at the park and ride on Ritchie Highway at Jones Station Road in Arnold.

Many longstanding vendors will return this year with fresh produce, meats, eggs, flowers, baked goods and specialty items, including the following:

Joyce’s Flowers & Herbs: A part of the market for over 30 years, Joyce offers a selection of locally grown plants, herbs and flower bouquets.

My Nana’s Kitchen: This is founder Anita’s 28th year at the market, offering products you could find in your grandmother’s kitchen including jams, jellies, eggs, cheese and more.

Pat’s Produce and Gourds: A 24-year farmers market veteran, Pat will start the season with spring vegetables like asparagus followed by summer favorites such as berries, tomatoes, corn, zucchini and melons.

The Breadery: Also returning for a 24th year, this vendor offers an assortment of fresh baked breads, rolls, muffins, cookies, pop tarts and more.

The Ville’s Dills: Find a variety of fresh pickles, hot sauces and spice rubs at this vendor, returning for a 14th season with the Severna Park Farmers Market.

Other vendors participating in the 2026 season include Morris Hill Farm with chicken, duck, lamb, turkey, eggs, pork and beef; the Anne Arundel Beekeepers Association with honey products; Whistle Stop Winery with red, white and sweet wines; Rosy Side Farm with cut flowers, plants and seasonal vegetables; Baltimore Waffle Company with hot, fresh cast-iron sugar waffles; and many others.
