Save The Date For Annual Katherine Mueller All-Day Music Festival

Local nonprofit Katherine’s Light Foundation will once again host the Katherine Mueller All-Day Music Festival honoring the memory of Katherine Mueller, who passed away from Neuroendocrine tumor cancer in 2021. The event will take place Saturday, June 13, from noon-8:00pm at Severna Park Taphouse.

There will be live music scheduled throughout the day with full bands outside under a tent and an acoustic listening room inside. Featured bands performing outside include Cameron Fryes, the Lost and Found Trio, TMI and Honey Sol, culminating with Nashville recording artist MIGGS from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Inside acoustic artists include Ray Paice, Billy Z and more.

In addition to music, there will be a silent auction, raffle and live auction, as well as a 50/50 raffle and more. Some of the live auction items include a Deep Creek home rental, an Ocean City condo, a Pinehurst golfing condo, and a fishing charter for six aboard the Simonizer captained by Lenny Simmons.

Silent auction items include a 21-day membership from Park Fitness, gift baskets from Cafe Mezzanotte, a home wash from CheckMark Power Wash, a stay at Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland with dinner for two at The Prime Rib, a Whimsicality basket and more. Park Hardware is also providing a $2,700 Napoleon Grill with $25 dollar raffle tickets available for purchase.

This year’s presenting event sponsor is Landmark Roofing.

Last year Katherine’s Light Foundation donated $100,000 to seven local nonprofits to support education, research and awareness for those on a cancer journey.
