The Greater Severna Park and Arnold Chamber of Commerce held its annual Shoptoberfest, a shop local-themed event with a trick-or-treat twist, on October 11. Community members gathered at the Park Plaza shopping center to peruse vendors and exhibitors, participate in kids’ costume contests, gather sweet treats, enjoy entertainment from a local dance group, and of course, to shop local.
