Franklin’s Toys Annual LEGO Content Winners Announced

Among youngsters ages 2-4 years old, Eli McKinley took first place for his detailed LEGO creation titled “Ultimate Bad Guy Fortress.”

An aquatic-themed LEGO landscape titled “Fireman to the Rescue” earned Camden DeBartolo first place among peers ages 5 to 7.

Noah Campion won the first-place prize among kids ages 8 to 12 for his display, “Bunker Breech,” which featured “Star Wars” characters.

In the age bracket of 13 and older, Jeremy Mueller won first place for his impressively tall, black “Monster’s Castle.”

Austin Lehr won second place among ages 2 to 4 for building “Rainbow Palace,” which featured familiar characters from “Toy Story.”

Hunter Sullivan’s “Super Cool Boathouse” earned the young architect second place among kids ages 5 to 7.

“Anything Can Happen In A Dream,” including winning second place for the 8 to 12 age bracket, at least for the McKinley trio who constructed a vibrant LEGO scene by that name.

In the 13 and older bracket, Arturo Estopinan earned second place for his wild and whimsical scene, “Animal Land.”

In August, Franklin’s Toys in Severna Park held its annual LEGO competition, inviting young minds to think outside the blocks and construct unique creations with the popular toys. Entries were on display in the store from August 17-23, allowing visitors to cast votes for their favorites. Prizes were awarded for first- and second-place winners in four age groups, as well as for several staff picks.
