A Turkey, A Princess And A Few Lessons

Severna Park children’s author Julia Inserro is back with two new stories this holiday season. The first — “Who Will Bring the Turkey?” — was the result of a two-year writing journey and a one-year process to perfect her illustrations. She called this a “fun story about a misunderstanding that leads to a poor turkey's meltdown.”

“I really love the expressions of the turkey, and kids are telling me they love trying to find his hiding spots on the pages,” she said.

For her other new release, “A Princess Never Farts,” Inserro drew more than 100 princesses.
