Whimsicality Reopens In Expanded Space

It was not on a whim but rather by conscious decision to celebrate that the Greater Severna Park and Arnold Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting in the Cape St. Claire Shopping Center in honor of Whimsicality’s grand reopening and significant expansion. A locally owned boutique and gift shop, Whimsicality is located at 1350 Cape St. Claire Road in Annapolis.
