On October 19, Donna Huddleston (center) cut the ribbon to mark the opening of Waves Salon and Spa in Severna Park’s Robinson Crossing Shopping Center. Huddleston was joined by husband Jeff Huddleston and daughter Olivia Huddleston, along with political representatives and business leaders from the community.
