Tired of achy joints and losing your balance? Want to reduce inflammation? Improve these and reduce stress, gain more energy, better your sleep, and enhance your quality of life through regular Tai Chi practice.

Join us for a new six-week session of Tai Chi at the Severna Park Community Center. New students may try one class for free. Wear clothes suitable for movement, such as athletic pants and a t-shirt.

Taught by experienced instructor and owner of Jing Ying Institute, Shifu Billy Greer.
