Mutt And Joe Celebrates One Year In The Park

Andy Smull, the owner of Mutt and Joe, is joined by a large group of family and friends as she cuts the ceremonial ribbon to mark her business’ one-year anniversary, which also included a towel and blanket drive. “We would like to thank our Severna Park dog community for their generous donations of towels and blankets for the SPCA,” Smull shared.
