The Bay Area Shuckers are now 3-0 in 2012 after a thrilling 149-148 overtime victory over nearby rival the Beltway Bombers at Annapolis Area Christian School’s Kilby Athletic Center on January 28. Shuckers guard and former Maryland Terrapin Adrian Bowie earned Atlantic Coast Professional Basketball League (ACPBL) Player of the Week honors for his 43-point, 7-assist performance in the win over the Bombers. Bowie is averaging 29.7 points, 7.7 assists, and 3.7 rebounds in three games with the Shuckers in 2012, all victories. The Bay Area Shuckers look to continue their winning ways when they take on New York City 524 this Saturday, February 11, at 7:00pm on the upper school campus of Annapolis Area Christian School in Severn. Tickets are just $10 for adults and $4 for kids 12 and under. For more information, visit www.BayAreaShuckers.com.
