Vegetarian Cooking 101: Local Classes On Going Veg
By Hayley Gable Bowerman
Sometimes, after week after week of the same eating routines with all the same foods, a fresh dose of inspiration is much needed. What better way to become inspired than to take a class on vegetarian/vegan cooking?
Just when it seemed that winter’s numbingly-cold air and bland skies had begun to take their toll on any extracurricular fun to be had, I came across a few ads for local vegetarian cooking classes!
While new classes seem to pop up every now and then, I’ve generally found the best places to seek out for educational courses/seminars are Anne Arundel Community College and Whole Foods (Annapolis).
