This month, Mrs. Walsh’s class answered the question “If you could be friends with one fictional character, who would it be and why?”
Question Of The Month: Broadneck Elementary School
Each month, the Severna Park Voice poses a question to a local fifth-grade class. This month, students from Mrs. Walsh’s class at Broadneck Elementary School answered the question:
“If you could be friends with one fictional character, who would it be and why?”
I would be friends with Foodman because he can make me food wherever I want, when I want. He would end world hunger. He can give unlimited amounts of food, and if the person does not like that certain food, he will eat it and turn it into something else. I think this would also end racism. If a person hates against one culture, they could have food from that culture and if they like it, then they would work things out.
I would be friends with Clay. He’s a Mudwing dragon in a book series called “Wings of Fire.” I would like to be his friend because he is funny and big.
I would be friends with a character I made up. Her name is Amara, and I have put her in a lot of writings. She is kind, mysterious and magical. She loves her friends and family, and I love her.
I would like to be friends with Big Nate because he is a lot like me. He has an amazing teenage sister just like me.
I would like to be friends with Mickey Mouse because he is a mouse that helps out other animals. I would like to go to Sky Zone with him because he is a fun mouse with a lot of energy.
I would want Pluto from Mickey Mouse to be my friend. If he was my friend, we would go on adventures and be detectives.
I would be friends with Greg from “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” because he is funny. We would have so much fun together.
I would be friends with Mickey Mouse because he has giant clubhouse that looks like a lot of fun. We would have lots of sleepovers in the giant clubhouse.
I would be friends with Greg Heffley from “Diary of a Wimpy Kid.” I think we might get along by talking about video games.
I would be friends with Goku from “Dragon Ball” because he is very strong, fast and can shoot blasts from his hands. He is the best.
I would like to be friends with the Cat in the Hat because he’d probably think of the most fun and cool games. He would probably make a mess, so when we hang out, it will not be at my house.
I would be friends with Percy Jackson because I like Greek mythology and I like the stories.
I would be friends with Captain Underpants because he is cool comic superhero. We would have lots of sleepover fun.
I would want to be friends with Nikki. She is from “Dork Diaries.” She is funny like me and has a bratty little sister. My little sister is not bratty but sometimes is very annoying.
I would like to be friends with Cat in the Hat because we both like to have fun and play a lot.
I would like to be friends with the Cat in the Hat because he is fun and joyful. I think we would have many great times together.
I would like to be friends with Thing 1 and Thing 2 because they seem so funny and I like their hair.
I would definitely want to be friends with Hermione Granger. We both really care for school and she puts her best foot forward.
I would be friends with Cat in the Hat because he’s adventurous and seems really fun to hang out with.
I would be friends with Stitch from “Lilo and Stitch.” He really bonded with Lilo and would do anything for her, which means he is a great friend.
I would like to be friends with Dobby the House Elf from “Harry Potter” because he’s so funny and seems nice!
I would be friends with Luna Lovegood from the “Harry Potter” book series. She is my favorite character. Luna is very smart and kind to everyone.
I would be friends with Phineas because we could do almost anything we wanted without getting busted. For example, climbing the Eiffel Tower, discovering something that doesn’t exist, or giving a monkey a shower.
I would be friends with Zack from the book “Zombie Chasers” because he can drive a car. We would go to parties and race each other.
I would like to be friends with Garfield from the “Garfield” comics. We have a lot in common. Garfield likes lasagna and so do I.
