More then 185 students participated in filling the Time Capsule. Each student submitted a personnel letter describing his or her efforts, and school's efforts to restore the Maogthy and the Bay. There were also a number of additional CDs submitted by the schools, MRA, Anne Arundel County, and NOAA.

Also inside the Time Capsule were an old VHS Magothy River Land trust - a tape describing MRLT's efforts to preserve open space - a SAVE Dobbins bumper sticker, the latest copy of the Severna Park Voice, a copy of the June 9 Capital, a copy of the last OUR BAY page, a copy of the May Bay Journal, and a copy of the 2010 MRA Magothy River index.
