The owners of Zandi's Grill in Millersville are getting a makeover from the Food Network's TV show "Restaurant Impossible!" On Wednesday, April 4, the large crew set up camp in the small parking lot to prepare for their mission. The premise of the show is that Chef Robert Irvine has to "save" a restaurant from impending failure in just two days, using no more than $10,000. Irvine does a business assessment after a thorough observation, and then launches a series of changes to everything from the menu, to decor, to employee training.

Zandi's will reopen for business at dinnertime on Friday, April 6, where customers will see the transformation and taste the improvements first-hand. Dinner is by reservation only for opening night, and the reservation book was already filled to capacity within an hour of word getting out about the show. The episode is scheduled to air sometime this summer.
